YOGA

Yoga to me - is a way of being that helps us to connect with the life force energy within and feel connected to the universe, our planet and all other life around us in a loving way. My practise teaches me to move and breathe more efficiently, create more space and flexibility in my body and mind which enables me to be fully present with myself and others with a better objectivity, calmness and clarity.

Welcome!

I’m delighted and grateful that I get to share my love of yoga with you. I’m a yoga teacher based in central London. I’m truly passionate about the amazing benefits that a regular yoga practice and meditation brings to each practitioners life. It’s a journey that goes beyond the physical level and allows us to discover a connection between one’s body, mind and soul. I teach various practices such as Ashtanga Primary Series Level 1, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, 4BEAT Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breath work). As a multi-bilingual teacher, I can offer teaching my classes in English, Swedish and Farsi.

I emphasise on good technique, safe alignment with the synchronisation of breath, gaze point and movement. In my classes, I will bring a compassion-centred attitude and incorporate mindfulness and ancient yogic philosophy and storytelling. I encourage growth of the physical and spiritual self in my classes, citing the interconnectedness to each other, to the world and to the universe at large. My aspiration is to make my students feel stronger and more flexible, both mentally and physically, and more confident while developing a more peaceful self-awareness off the matt.

Corporate De-Stressing

Corporate yoga classes are a great way to promote staff well being in a cost effective way. Sessions include meditation, active yoga postures, restorative yoga and are accessible for people of all levels of experience. Sessions can be delivered as half-day workshops or as an ongoing program of weekly classes.
